Hey All. Just wanted to do a quick into.

I'm currently brewing some ciders. A 1 gal Apfelwein and tomorrow hopefully UpstateMikes Caramel Apple Hard Cider. Sounds too good to pass up.

I'm definitely new to HB but am catching on fairly quickly due to you fine folks on this forum!
