Hi All,
Been pinching info off here for a while and now finally joined in. Been brewing / bottling for about three years. I did brew about 15 years ago and after moving around a bit unpacked a few years back and found all my old gear and got me started again.
Not deep into things mainly kits and some minor tinkering with recipes. This summer I have tried growing my own hops but after some savage gardening I killed three of my four plants. The last one though is thriving, hope it return some cones next summer.
Couple weeks back took the dive into a keg setup so now the learning begins again. Having some issue with off tastes I think from pipes so that is tomorrows job changing beer and gas lines...fingers crossed.
Anyhow great site hopefully I can contribute and share some stories and info soon.
