Just starting up with home brewing. Did a small 1 gallon all grain batch of a saison about a month ago. That, however, was a lot of work for the amount of beer it produced. It tasted good and between myself, my father and brother in law, it was gone within one-half hour.
Therefore I did my first 5 gallon batch of an all grain California Common yesterday. We'll see how it turns out, seems to be off to a good start though.
