Hi! My wife got me one of those brooklyn brew shop 1 gal all grain kits for my birthday one year, and haven't looked back since. 2.5 years later and I'm brewing on a 5 gal 3 tier setup out of my garage in Safety Harbor, FL . I'm now looking to go electric single tier sometime in the next 1 - 2 months.

Anywho - I've been lurking on this forum since I started. Can't even begin to verbalize how much help you all have been - thank you!!
