Howdy from North Texas

Hey folks. I'm a cooler MT brewer in North Texas. I started brewing on a Pico, but the batches were way too small for me. I soon moved to extract, but only hung out there for about 4 months. I've only been AG brewing since May, but have knocked out over 25 batches in that time. My latest was a Peticolas Brewing Velvet Hammer clone and I posted the recipe I used on the Velvet Hammer clone thread.
