I have been trolling here for a few weeks now. Me and a few of my coworkers have just begun homebrewing. We did an extract kit from Midwest (Autumn Amber Ale) that we are going to bottle on wed and we are going to brew another kit from Midwest (Java Stout) on wed. I am also going to set up a batch of Ed Worts Apfelwein tomorrow.

Here is to a long and happy friendship. I appreciate all of the help everyone has already provided and a preemptive thanks for any future help you may provide.
