Hi guys and gals! I'm new to the home brew bug but I think Im here to stay and man am Im having some fun.
So far my makings have been 1) a jug of apple hooch, that went fast. 2) a 4 gallon batch of red grape concentrate wine that just got bottled today and tastes just fine :rockin: 3) a Dunkelweizen beer kit that I brewed yesterday and is bubbling nicely as I type.
Got to say, I am loving making my own booze, and a big thanks to all you guys that share your knowledge. It would have been a lot of trial and error to get to where I am now without all that has been shared
