Hi, I'm Creid.
I live in wine country (Sonoma, the good one), and have been a fan of in industry my whole life (there are toddler pics of me with parents on wine tasting excursions).
I currently started working in a tasting room (undisclosed at posting) and decided to finally use the apples in my yard for making more than pies.
I'm looking for new an innovative ways to make cider. First batch from a gallon jug of organic apple juice I got the other day. Kind of a 2-fer, I get source material and a glass gallon jug.
I'd like help with adding blackberries to a mix as well as Pinot grapes in future batches.
