How You Make BeerSmith Do That?

I see that a lot of the recipes posted here seem to be some sort of text export from BeerSmith. I've been looking around, and I can't figure out what command will format it that way. Hoping to get some feedback on a recipe of mine before I go forward.

when you have your recipe up you can highlight your recipe and right click to copy. Or you change the drop down from recipe to one of the other options.

I lose formating on the mac when I copy and paste from beersmith.
