I brewed an extract recipe from Hopville for an Jai Alai clone yesterday. I used some Victory and Caramel 60L for the steeping grains and the normal hop schedule. As I got to looking at other recipes around the web, many of them also contained 12 oz. of Caramunich II. How much will this affect my end product without this grain?
