how to transfer from kegmenter to keg

hi, i just bought a Belfa keg from a member of the forum that included the Brewers hardware fermentation kit, it has a racking cane, a thermowell and a blow off, so im planning to use a chess Frezzer for the fermentation chamber but lifting a full keg with about 13 gallons its really heavy just to think so, i can transfer the must with the pumps but im not sure, if i use the pump to transfer the beer to a sencondary bucket to bottle or to another keg the pump will also transfer o2 and oxideze the beer,

I use CO2 to push it out of the kegmenter into the serving kegs.

do you cold crash first? to leave the yeast cake on the botton so when you use the CO2 the beer has the minimal amount of yeast?
