I have beer smith and never really set up my profile on it. I'm all grain now so I want to get more precise with my recipes.
My equipment:
5gal HLT
5gal igloo cooler mast tun w/ false bottom
36qt brew kettle.
I do batch sparge so how would you setup your equipment and mash profiles? It's kind of confusing me right now.
