I made a 1750mL starter this morning with Conan for brewing on Sunday. Turns out I can't and probably have to keep it for Tuesday.

What's the best way for me to save it?

Fridge when it's done. When you're ready to brew, pull it out at the beginning of your brew day and let it warm to room temp.

That's what I was thinking, just was worried 2-3 days in the fridge would reduce viability.

I have a stir plate that I built
I just make a starter out of that yeast slury water and a tsp of sugar and spin the hell out of it. But if its only a couple days old stir it up and pour it in there.

Yeah, NB told me a starter that has to kept in the fridge because it was unable to be used should be fine for up to a week - as long as you warm it up to room temp prior to pitching.
