Hello friends, I wanted to make clove tea, and I took the recipe from the article Clove Tea, #Benefits & #Side Effects + #Recipe - Beneficially. But I didn't get the desired result... If friends who have experience using this tea can help, I will be grateful.
Clove tea is a little different to prepare than leaf teas; they require simmering for about a half an hour to break down the cellular compounds and release the oils.

This will be true of any root or hard berry that you boil into a tea.

If you have an old fashioned coffee percolator, that can be perfect for simmering a clove tea because the cloves are already filtered and it has a secure lid to prevent the oils from being released through the steam.

If you're using clove tea for its healing properties, I would recommend using a cheese/nut bag to strain the cloves, as the beneficial oils tend to stick to the cloves, themselves.
