first day ferment at 13C,and the temperature went up to 21C in 2 days,then temperature went down to 11C in 3days, and keep it 2 days.so summation is 1+2+3+2=8 days. after this 8 days,cold the beer to 0C and taken out yeast on the tank's button.after 2 days I put the cold beer in keg and drink.
"aftertaste is light" means when I drink beer, the taste is good.but when I englut it,there is not too many flavor from throat.
