How to count alcohol %?

Today I drank it and now kind of taste is good but i shouldn't be easily . How much % is this? Thanks

The forumla I've seen is
(OG-FG)*131.25

So for you you've got
(1.068 - 1.015) * 131.25 = 6.96%

You posted here, so you obviously have internet access. Google ABV calculator and punch in the numbers.

Personally I use http://www.rooftopbrew.net/abv.php lets you adjust for temperature, and can't be any easier to use.

The Real real answer is send it to a lab, but nobody ever does that. The real answer is plug Og and FG ito na table similar to the one published in How to Brew. I did a table reverse engineering the Og and FG numbers to calculate the multi[lier and got OG-FG *133% fairly consistently.

I use the Cooper's formula of (OG-FG)/7.46 + .5 = ABV%. So by this one,it'd be 7.6%.

abv= OG - FG x 131.25

that equation will get you a good estimate of ABV, to now exactly, you need a lab. there's also a million and two online calculators that will tell you your ABV based on original and final gravities.

this is a great webiste with an easy abv calculator with a temp correction for hydrometer (nice for brewday testing too)

the formula is correct ( OG - FG = points converted to ETOH X .131 = ABV)

What bothers me the most is not that there's some 8 different calculators out there. But that they each give a different answer. Cooper's being the highest. Judging from my body's reactions to the ales involved,I'd say it's pretty close!
