How to back sweeten apfelwine?

Hi all. My apfelwine has stopped fermenting but I wouldn't mind it being a little sweeter. What's the options? Cheers

I used Wine conditioner and it worked fantastic!

i used 5 can's of frozen concentrate for a 6 gallon batch, after i had stabilized and it tasted great. really brought back out the apple flavor!

I also use frozen apple juice concentrate to backsweeten. I use about 2 tablespoons or so per bottle.
