Hello, I just kegged a beer that the recipe says should age in the keg for 30 days at 65 F. What is the proper way to do this? I put it in the keg, purged the oxygen out and put it ander about 30 pounds and just put in my pantry(without the co2 connected), no where near 65 put pretty cool, 76ish...
Am I going to ruin this beer!?
Thanks!
