How to add labels to beersmith

Hello everyone. I was wondering if someone could make a detailed how to for adding our own labels into beersmith. I have looked at some of the other post and it still doesn't make any sense to me. Please let me know anythoughts.

You could take a picture and load it in place of the color indication beer glass. Or do you mean to load the file as into a document repository.
