I'd be surprised if Jack got his sh!t together long enough to come up with that, but he's right.

I agree 100%. When you have no more bottles available for bottling and you have full fermenters, it is a great thing.
No matter what I still always find myself cracking a bottle of a new brew after a week...just to try it.
My pipeline is full enough at the moment where I'm taking a little break from brewing. I can't (shouldn't) be drinking that much beer.
Obviously you need more bottles, and fermenters.
