How ofter should you replace racking lines?

I and run my auto siphon with hot water and oxiclean and sanitize before every use but their starting to just look dirty not sure if its just the use of it

I replace mine when it starts to cloud up. I store it in a keg of star san in between rackings so I can be sure nothing funky grows in it.
