I am making up a recipe, its a partial mash wheat pale ale. The grain part of the recipe is:

1 lb pale two row malt
1 lb Munich malt
1 lb Caravienne malt
1 lb wheat malt

My question is, will 1 lb of the two row provide enough enzyme for conversion?

Here is the full recipe

Fermentables:
6 lbs. dry wheat extract
1 lb pale two row malt
1 lb Munich malt
1 lb Caravienne malt
1 lb wheat malt

Hops:
1 oz. Centenial @ 60 min
1 oz Centenian @ 20 min
1 oz Citra @ flameout
1 oz Willamette dry hop after 1 week.

6 gallon target boil volume.

Expected OG 1.60 - 1.065
Expected FG 1.016
ABV 6.4%

I would love to hear any comments or helpful advice on any or all of the above. I am very new to this. Thanks.

I am pretty new to brewing too but wheat malt definitely has enzymes in it and I think Munich does too. You shouldn't have any problems with conversion.

Yes. The 2-Row, Munich, and Wheat Malt can convert themselves, and with only 1 lb of caramel malt it will be fine.

Munich,Pale and wheat malt Will Self Convert, and Caravienne malt Does not need converted only needs steeped so you have nothing to worry about at all.
