So I'm ready to brew a clone of a clone of Green Flash West Coast IPA. Actually, it's just a slight modification on Jamil's clone of the awesome West Coast IPA. Some stats on my recipe: OG: 1.069 SG, FG: 1.015 SG, 103.2 IBU, 8.5 SRM, 7% ABV. I have 2 vials of Wyeast WLP001.
Should I make a starter with this much yeast? If so, how much? 1L?
