I have a 10% abv RIS that has been sitting in secondary for about 6 weeks, for a total fermentation time of 9 weeks. I plan on bottling it tonight and keeping the bottles at 70 F for 3 weeks and then cellaring.

My volume is right on 5 gallons. I'm going to use corn sugar for priming. How much, by volume, would you recommend adding? I was thinking 2/3 of a cup, but I've never tried to bottle condition a beer this big...so I'm in new territory here. Any tips?
