How much of this lager yeast cake to use? (photo)

WY2308, this is the yeast cake of the 3rd generation. I'd like to pitch it on 5.5 gallons of a 1.053 Marzen. Mr. Malty basically tells me to use quite a small fraction of this (about 160mL), but I'm just not really digging that, and I was planning to just pitch the whole thing.

How much of this would you pitch?

big variable on that how much trub hops debris is in that to be safe I say half. That's why I started overbuilding starters then I get clean yeast. being a lager all might be fine.
