Last week, I brewed a True Brew American Wheat kit with success. Visible co2 release only lasted about three days, and then no co2 release in airlock. This poses no concern, thanks to revvys signature line. Today I decided to take a grav reading to see where I was at, 1.019. There was noticeable yeast clumps floating about. I will be waiting most likely another week to let the grav come down to where it should be, but I am wondering, will these yeast clumps settle to the bottom of my fermenter, or will I have to avoid these while racking next week?:mug:

Thanks!

Ohh if only I had a homebrew to not worry with! Thanks guys and gals. After reading the curse of the 1.020 thread, I was just glad to see a reading below it!

Someone actually read from my sig, and used the info?????

WOW...maybe I should plant a subliminal message in it...

You will send me all your beer.....and your sister if she is hot!!! :D
