Roasted 1.5lbs of Rwanda beans and 0.75lbs of Ethiopian beans recently.

Roasted the last of the PNG, 1.25 lbs. Took it to somewhere between 1st and 2nd crack. City roast, or thereabouts? It was a good run, really liked that cup. Next roast will be Guatemala Huehue--just got a 10lb bag from Mill City.

Ya'll ready for this??? LMAO! Finally...I believe that I have everything back up and operating...for the most part, correctly! Definitely a challenge, that had more updates and snafu's than you could shake ten sticks at! There are a couple overlays of the same roasts, as I didn't take the time to edit the screen shots. I promise I didn't count duplicates! There were several roasts that were lost, as the computer wasn't working right, or my roaster wanted to have fits, or what ever else bad mojo weaving it's way into my life wanted to influence the outcome. There were 3 roasts that had no weights on the software, but I had done my normal 760 gram batches on just the roaster, because I wasn't able to get things working right, and did the roasts with only working the buttons on the roaster interface.

All tolled, I roasted 40,987 grams over a few months.
That comes out to be 90.36 pounds.
282.07 + 90.36 = 372.43
