I roasted six pounds of coffee last night.

09/22/23 6x.0.5 = 3.0lb all except the Ethiopian were a recent buy from Captain's coffee and all were pretty good.

I like Honduran coffee, it normally has a decent body and subtle chocolate flavor. The last stuff I got from capt. coffee Comayagua Finca La Esmeralda Anaerobic Natural Honduras was fairly fruity and made a nice cup of coffee.

The Kintamani Natural Organic Bali from them was also quite fruity with decent body.
