90% of the coffee I roast comes from Guatemala or Honduras. But I found a better deal with the Colombian I'm roasting now.

I like Honduran coffee, it normally has a decent body and subtle chocolate flavor. The last stuff I got from capt. coffee Comayagua Finca La Esmeralda Anaerobic Natural Honduras was fairly fruity and made a nice cup of coffee.

The Kintamani Natural Organic Bali from them was also quite fruity with decent body.
