Roasted a pound of Peruvian coffee and 3/4 of a pound of Cuban coffee yesterday. Then a half pound of Honduran beans tonight. So 2.25 pounds total bringing the total count to:

78.93 + 2.25 = 81.18 pounds

Roasted the last pound of the Legacy Farms Honduras. Giving some of it away to my nephew and the rest will last me about a week. Had a good run with the two orders of that, and would order again, but not for a while. I'd like to try something different. Mill City also sells beans and they're local for me, so might try one of their selections. In any case, need to get some more beans pronto--I don't want to have to rely on K-cups. I have a carton of those packed away in the kitchen cupboard--break only in case of emergency.

2/3 lb of the Colombian I just bought 10 lbs. of. Roasted two 1/3 lb. batches, one to about a city roast, and another a little darker, about Vienna. Will let it rest and grind tomorrow morning.

Playing catchup since I have been slacking on posting my roasting totals. Based on my notes and calculations, I have roasted 9.4 pounds of various beans to be current as of today. Various Ethiopian beans thanks to Sweet Maria's deal a few weeks ago, finished up my Legacy Farms Honduran beans and my Mexican beans. Some Cuban beans here and there, along with Brazilian, Peruvian and Sumatran beans.

133.24 + 9.4 = 142.64

Roasted 1lb of Columbian. Gave most of it away to my nephew's girlfriend who says she's a big coffee geek. I asked if she has a grinder, but she said she doesn't. (!!!) She has access to one, which is just as good. Nephew: add grinder to GF's Xmas list.
