As many of you have seen in the "How many pounds...." thread, I roast and drink a lot of coffee. I'm just finishing up my last order from Sweet Marias, and this time decided to move on to Coffee Shrub, their wholesale site. So a 50lb bag of Ethiopia Agaro Biftu Gudina Cooperative is now on its way to my door.

This escalation seems like it might start to enter the realm of excess. :)
 
I've heard that "low acid" coffee is a good choice for use in meads and beers, would the above coffee qualify as low acid?
