10 gal of what i would say was 21#'s pale malt, 1.5#'s smoked light crystal, 1/2 pound smoked dark crystal, and 60g's jarrylo hops for 60 min. just eyeballed everything didn't actually weigh it...came out with a OG of 1.066, added 14g's of gluco to finish it dry..added yeast from last batch, it's bubbling away so it's beer!
