Yesterday finally got around to that Westvleteran 12 clone. Don't usually have all the ingredients in stock, and brew too impulsively to plan ahead. Decided to partial mash since I know my efficiency would be horrific at that target OG and didn't have time to parti-gyle a second from the grist. Will post in that thread later with results. But now I'm rambling.
