I'll balance it out. I always brew more than what I post, but I go by the finished product.

10.25 gallons of Chinook IPA. Or also known as "Hope it turns out ok" IPA. Had a clogged dip tube, I had to sanitize my arm and stick it in the wort to get it unclogged. If it's infected, I'll have 10 gallons of cooking beer.
