That's funny. My first batch is going to be Celis Raspberry.

I used to go to the Celis brewery in Austin a lot (my friend gave the tours). After all the guests left, we sat in the tasting room and did some serious beer drinking.

Best combo: 3 parts Celis White, 1 part Celis Raspberry

Where'd you find the Celis recipe?
 
Wow... well my objective this year is to only drink homebrew, so here it is so far this year.

APA Lite - 10g

Hefe - 20g
Dunkel - 10g
English Mild - 10g

I have seen this thread but haven't clicked on it... here it is so far.

Dogfish head 60 min 5 gal, Hard Cider 10 Gal, SNPA 15 Gal, BVIP 5 Gal, Double Choc Stout 5 Gal, Evil Twin 10 Gal, Berliner Weiss 5 Gal, Dennys Rye IPA 10 Gal... in no specific order.

5688 + 65 = 5753 Total Gallons
 
FINALLY got to brew earlier this week, 5 gallons of Maibock.

5753 + 5 = 5758 Total Gallons
