Pitched my first batch last Saturday, ghetto-style, into a 2.5gal HDPE water jug. Haven't looked at it yet--left it at my buddy's house, since he has a workshop that stays at "room temperature" he doesn't mind stinking up. Should be ready to bottle right around Thanksgiving, I'm hoping.
