Just made a 5 gallon batch last night.

Just a question but the yeast is just suspended, no activity yet! Will wait for 48 hours but I usually see some kind of cloudiness by this time!
 
5gals last night of a slight variation
(5gal apple juice, 1# corn sugar, 4 cans apple juice concentrate, Cotes des Blanc yeast)

so from what i have read, this stuff doesn't really have an eventful fermentation. mine is going at a rate of over 5 bubbles a second and i made it about 18 hours ago. do i just have some really determined yeast?? i made it exactly as EdWort's recipe instructed.
 
Made my first batch 2 weeks ago and forgot to add it to the total.

1340+6=1346
