I just recently moved back to the US, and after settling down, I started again. I always do some variation, and seldom the exact same original recipe, so this is 10 gallons boosted by dark brown sugar, and 5 gallons boosted by honey, and this thread has been going on for a long time.
Before Thanksgiving I think? Sitting in my basement in a demijohn. I've been too lazy to take it off the lees yet. Will likely break it into 2 or 3 batches with different fruit additions.
I've been following this thread for years now and make 5-15 gallons a year. My wife loves it but asked for a summery version of it since we moved to FL recently. Anyone got any ideas?
Started making it back when we were at 5,774 gallons, just returned after a long hiatus with another 5 gallon batch. So I guess we're up to ~30,390. Man, that means you guys brewed 24,611 gallons while I was away.
30,415. Prost to EdWort and a great Christmas time drink, in our house at least. And Independence Day. And Labor Day. And Veteran's Day, Memorial, and the rest.
