1330+5=1335!!!
so from what i have read, this stuff doesn't really have an eventful fermentation. mine is going at a rate of over 5 bubbles a second and i made it about 18 hours ago. do i just have some really determined yeast?? i made it exactly as EdWort's recipe instructed.
My second 5 gallon batch was started Wednesday. It took a while for SWMBO & SWMBO II (my daughter) to "discover" the Apfelwein and now they love it... and there are only about 12 bottles left!
1385-Another 5 gallons, although this time around I decided to try a mixture of
3 gal apple juice
1 gal cranberry juice
1 gallon grape juice
2 lb brown sugar
It tasted good mixed, so I'm hoping it will ferment out good.
