How many gallons of EdWort's Apfelwein have been made?

Been a while since I made some and figured I'd whip up a batch.

is it really that good? What does it taste like?

It's like really dry apple cider. I made some and some folks liked it but I'm not much of a fan. If you add the extra sugar to make it 8-9%ABV, it'll sneak up on you.

Used .5 gal unfiltered organic juice, .5 gal filtered organic juice, 1/3# organic cane sugar, and original yeast I have some oak cubes that I may rack onto in secondary...

This is the quickest fermenting must I've ever seen--in 1.5 hrs I have a krausen 1in thick, with airlock activity... I used the Montrachet wine yeast recommended in the original recipe too...
