How many gallons of cider in 2017

Finished out 2017 with 80 gallons cider/cyser!

1412 + 80 = 1492

I just bottled the last of my 2017 cider. Heirloom blend started the first week of Nov. 2017. Aged in a carboy then kegged a few months ago. Bottled the first week of Nov. 2018

Two questions. What was your heirloom blend? And what's in the barrel!???

Right now the barrel is filled with a citric acid solution for storage. I fill it with hard cider in the winter. First year it was very bourbon after a short time. Second year not so much after a longer time. This year I’ll fill it & forget it.
