kegged mine yestarday and tried some today out of curiosity and it is great. I love the malt complexity and the subtle hop character. When I kegged I did sweeten with about 1/3 gallon of apple juice. Looking forward for this to carb up and meld.

1624.5 + 5 = 1629.5

My second batch. The first I used 1/2oz Cascade and Nottingham yeast and it was great. This batch I'm using 1/3 oz Hallertaur, 1/3 oz Tettenang and WLP001 yeast, because that's what I've got and I'm curious how the different hops and yeast will change the flavor. I used the same juice/cider.

Brewed 6 gallons yesterday 1639.5 + 6 = 1645.5

Very active fermentation.

Brewed a half batch back in December and am brewing another up right now.

1670.5 + 2.5 + 2.5 = 1675.5

Brewed a batch yesterday. I was amazed by how easy it was.

I added .5lb dark brown sugar and used about .25oz czech saaz. I plan on spicing with some vanilla, cinnamon, apple pie spices in a couple of weeks.

1675.5+5=1680.5
