1280 + 5 = 1285.

I'm using wild yeast along with s-33 to ferment mine. I'll post how it turns out.
 
1330 + 5 = 1335

Fresh cider base, Safale-5. Pitched yesterday late afternoon, slow steady fermenting today.
 
+5 more = 1365 gallons so far. Just brewed mine, pitched on a Wyeast 1728 Scottish Ale yeast cake, used the 120L crystal.
 
1382 + 5 = 1387

Had to taste it early... 3 weeks since pitched... grains help to cover up that funky early fermented apple juice taste, but still there... Ignoring that, with time should be a fine drink...
 
1461+15=1476
made this batch with fresh pressed cider. Will not spend the extra cash next time. It is just as good with generic apple juice.
