Im waiting for new equipment but i have a question.
For example in my pilto plant i used to leaving the fermentation for 2 weeks, and after this i bottled with priming for 2 more weeks.
But now i will have to carbonate in the brite tank so i was thinking to leave the fermentation for 3-4 weeks in order to condition the beer, after this im thinking to filter the beer and send it to the brite tank to carbonate with CO2 for some days.
What do you think i guess this works well.
