Im ever increasing my stock of carboys... and just got me thinking.

How many carboys do you own ?? and what sizes ?

current stock for me..
8 - 6 Gallon
4 - 6.5 Gallon

(2) 6.5g glass primaries
(1) 5g glass secondary
(1) 5g plastic secondary (PET #1 grade spring water bottle)

2 - 6.5 gal
3 - 5 gal glass
1 ale pail I use the most and a Mr Beer for smal batches.

The glass was all free, if I buy anything else it will be plastic, probably buckets. Unless I hit the powerball then Stainless conicals all the way.

2 7.5 gal plastic buckets
2 6.5 gal glass carboys
8 5 gal glass carboys
1 3 gal glass carboy

Since the board has convinced me to primary only, I have not been using the 5 gal carboys recently.

I'm lacking, I have two 6.5 buckets, one 6 gallon carboy, a 6 gallon better bottle, and a 5 gallon jug.

1 glass 6.5
2 B/B 6
1 B/B 5
1 water bottle 4
1 water bottle 3
5 glass growlers 1 gal
3 glass growlers 64oz

4 x 6 gal better bottles in my main rotation
1 x 5 gallon better bottle
1 x 5 gallon glass

1 - 14.5 Gallon Curtac Wide Mouth 7055 Drum
1 - 6.5 Gallon Acid Carboy
1 - 6 Gallon Glass Carboy
2 - 5 Gallon Glass Carboys
4 - 6.5 Gallon "Ale Pails"
2 - 2 Gallon Pails

Not nearly enough! I love the better bottles as primary fermenters!

1 - 6gal Better Bottle
1 - 5gal Glass

At the moment..

2x 15 gal plastic barrels (former LME containers converted to fermenters)
2x 6.5 gal Ale pales
1x 5 gal glass carboy
1x 6 gal glass carboy

1 glass 5gal
1 BB 6 gal
1 glass 6 gal
2 1 gal

Mom's got about 30 glass 5 glass carboys taking up space! Used to do wine but retired and retired from making the stuff now....

4 glass 6gal
1 glass 5 gal
2 glass 1 gal
8 cornies

that's about all I need. I've filled them all before but it's not common. 1 gallons for starters, 6 gallons for primaries, the 5 gallon for dry hopping and the cornies for extended secondaries, lagering and, of course, serving

1 6-gallon glass carboy
2 6.5-gallon plastic buckets
2 6.5-gallon bottling buckets (one of which I think I am going to use for a primary)

(2) Glass 5 gallon
(1) Better Bottle 5 gallon
(1) Glass 6.5 gallon
(2) Plastic 6.5 gallon
(1) Plastic 6.5 gallon bottling (could be used as a carboy)
