How many brews are you trying for this year?

I also did 26 in 2009. So far this year I've done 3. One of which was a 10gal batch that I split with barc at a GRABASS event. SWMBO has also brewed one on my gear, so that one gets added to the pipeline. I would like to increase production this year, but I am currently trying to limit intake. I love brewing so I guess I'll just have to start offering up some kegs to bring to parties to keep pace. I'd also like to do some more 10gal batches and attempt a partigyle. I think I'll shoot for 36 batches this year. I'm off to a good start, but Feb gets kinda rough. I'll probably just have to resort to late weeknight brews. It's all in good fun!

You must have some amazingly loyal friends helping you dispose of that much beer!

Yep... lots of friends and family to use as test subjects. My liver would hate me if I drank all that alone. ha.

Just bought a freezer that will soon be a kegerator so that I won't have to bottle 500 gallons of beer. Last year I bottled just under 200 gallons and that was exhausting.

I feel ya! My fermentation chamber is not getting expended until the kegerator is functional.

I brewed 15 last year. I've done 3 this month already. Hopefully I'll hit 30 this year. Damn life gets in the way of brewing....

Made 14 batches in '09 (didn't take the hobby up until March)...have two on the go now and am committed to 8 more for this year so far but likely will do 15-20 in 2010. Hopefully something like 2/3 ales to 1/3 lagers.

I would like to brew 11 gallon batches once a month, plus get my 1+ bbl system(54 gallon kettles) fired up once or twice. Fingers crossed!!!!

Hoping to do about 2 a month until summer and the temp is too hot.

I'd start lagering but there's no room here for a second fridge!

I'm aiming for 2 a month. I'm doing Brew number 2 of the year on Thursday after work. Got 4 more beers planned already just have to flip a coin to figure out which ones to do first.

I'd be happy if I got 2 per month, but would like to do more. Might blast off 4 over the weekends on occasion to bring the average up.

My goal is at least one a month on average. I hope to improve my system and methods to make it easier to set up and put away. I also hope to have some people watch/help/drink and offer advice and ask questions. One problem I have is that I'm really the only person in the house that drinks beer and therefore I am not pushed to brew as often as others might.

Oh, and as many batches as it takes to nail down Bell's Hopslam.

Planning on brewing the whole 200 gallons. So at least 20 batches probably 25 or so cause I am going to mix in some smaller batches of barelywine and ris this year

I'm shooting for 2 per month. Some batches may be smaller test batches, but I want at least 5 gallons fermenting at any given time.

Planning on keeping up with my twice a week min. pace. Just about to cool down batch number four of this week though, so we'll see :)

I started in July, last year and brewed 16 batches. It was great! I only brewed one batch so far this month, and one batch of Apfelwein. I wish I could do 3 a month. I would settle for two. There are just so many great homebrew recipes out there, and not enough time, bottles or Kegs (at my house at least).

I try to brew twice a month but in the winter I like to brew lagers which take longer. I only have one fermenter so that slows things down. I'm going to shoot for 18.

I am just starting out and have the feeling that an empty fermenter is a sad fermenter.

3 batches since last Saturday so far but not seeing that rate continue. But who knows. This bug has bitten me hard.
