How long to oxygenate a 1.060 beer with pure oxygen using common homebrew regulator?

This is my first time using the Home Depot oxygen canisters. My question is how long is optimal for a 1.060 beer on full blast with the regulator commonly sold to homebrewers?

I usually go a minute and I swirl the fermenter while the O2 is dispensing so as to mix the O2 more into the wort.

I don't go full blast, just enough so you can see bubbles coming up through the wort.
But yeah, a minute or two is fine. I have the William's wand (which is awesome btw) and it allows me to distribute the stone throughout the wort.
