I have a batch that has been in secondary for about 3 months is it too late to keg it? Should I dump it?

What style is it? Some handle "time" better than others (ie: stout porter = probably just fine; fresh wheat beer = not as likely).

Over time, beer changes, but there isn't really a point where it becomes unhealthy unless something is seriously wrong. Alcohol is a preservative. Taste it. If it tastes undrinkable to you, then it is. If you like it, keg / bottle it. Remember, warm flat beer won't be as palatable as it will be when it's cool and carbonated.
