How long is too long?

I haven't had time to rack my cider. It's been almost two months. Has it been too long?

What I usually do is ferment for 3 weeks, rack, and then it sits a month. I'm not doing anything special with these batches. It's just fermented store bought juice fermented with Safale 04.

What might I expect? I realize that the only way to know is to taste it, but if it's a sure goner I won't waste my time.
 
I've got an apfelwein that sat forgotton for 2 years without racking. Managed to keep the airlock full from evaporation, but that's it. Bottled it with apple juice concentrate, and it carbed up in about a month. Tastes really good now actually.

I wouldn't worry about it.
 
Alright - thanks for the info. I'm going to try some tomorrow and see where it is for flavor.
