No, it is maybe 15 minutes? or so. It's not super fast, but it's not all that slow, either.

Yes, that would! Just every so often then- maybe 20 seconds? It's just flow, flow, flow, pull. You'll know what I mean when you do it.

If its carbed just holding the relief open will let all the head pressure out allowing your carb to escape.

I transfer at about 12psi. Faster and actually seems to keep the foaming in the receiving keg down.
