If I leave it longer on top of blueberries will it extract more flavor? I was planning on put it on blueberries for 5 days and then bottling, if I leave longer will it extract more flavor??

I would definitely leave it on longer than 5 days. Especially with blueberries; they don't have a whole lot of flavor to begin with.

I've left it on strawberries for a little over a month. When I racked off the strawberries were white. All the juices were extracted.

Does it matter that I used blueberry peree? WIll that extract more flavor? I Don't want overpowering blueberries and the guy's recipe he called for only five days on 5 lbs of blueberries. I put it on 6 lbs of blueberry peree..

How about the temperature while the wort is sitting on the fruit. Since it is already fermented, would I need to keep the temperature of the secondary in the 65deg range or can it vary up to 70's?

don't let it get too high. try to keep it lower, especially if you ferment, then drop in the fruit, as it'll start re-fermenting the fruit.
